BIOGRAPHY:    

 

 

 

Lois R. Kunian joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty after more than two decades of real estate sales in her own eponymous Boston firm. She built a remarkable reputation for outstanding knowledge and dedication to Boston real estate. Real estate is her passion and Boston is her city.

Lois was involved in the first $1 million+ sale of residential real estate in Boston's Back Bay in the 1980s. She has advised hundreds of clients in their real estate investments. By affiliating with Sotheby's, she will further enhance her ability to navigate the world of real estate for her buyers and sellers.

Lois participated in many of the community organizations, including the Visiting Committee of the American Decorative Arts Department at the Museum of Fine Arts, the Esplanade Association, the Boston Center for Adult Education and the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay. She was also one of the founders of the Clarendon Street Playground - one of the only gathering places for young Back Bay families. Her family is involved in the Institute of Contemporary Art, the Children's Museum and the Asian American Civic Association

Among her other interests, Lois teaches knitting and social skills to girls in grades 5-8 at Mother Caroline Academy in Dorchester, Massachusetts. The academy is a middle school for young women who are from financially-limited families.Lois lives in an 1886 brownstone in Boston's Back Bay with her husband. They have two sons who were raised in Boston.
