BUYER BROKER:

Isn't it time a broker worked for you? In most situations, Real Estate agents work for the seller, not the buyer. This means the agent is working to help the seller get the best price possible. Using a buyer broker, who has your best interest in mind, may help you save thousands of dollars off a home's listing price, mortgage or other costs. As a buyer broker, I represent my client's best interests at all times. To reach this goal, I use the following steps:

  • Discuss the client's objectives in finding the next home
  • Create a timeline and arrange for financial pre-qualification or pre-approval
  • Conduct daily searches of the MLS and LINK databases to find potential listings and provide all pertinent data
  • Show all properties that meet the client's objectives
  • Negotiate the best price and terms possible
  • Be present at all inspections to address any issues personally with the listing agent or seller
  • Assist in the transition of the property

My goal is quite simple: Make the real estate transaction a smooth, pleasurable and profitable one!
